New Family Blog

Our family has needed to have a blog for awhile now. Ever since we moved to Indiana, to be precise. And now we have one!
Hopefully it will be kept up with pictures and postings of what's going on in the family (I am even thinking about making short video clips specifically for the blog.......but anyway). The next few weeks I'll will be fiddling around with fonts/borders/colors/etc., of the page, so don't expect much of anything else in the way of pictures and posts.

Here is a bit of information about our family.

Dad (David) -- employed for 18 years at the United States Geological Survey in Rolla, Missouri. Until in 2006 when he was transferred to the office in Indianapolis, Indiana. We then moved from our home in the St. James country to the urban area of where we now live.

Mom (Tammy) --has home educated all of the children from first grade through high school, with the exception of Rachel who had a few years in public school when Mom was teaching at the local St. James school. She still contues home schooling the children and keeping our family involved in the local activities.

Rachel (Nail) Eldredge -- married to Tom and they currently live in Rolla, Missouri where they are raising their three kids, Hosanna 8, Caleb 6, and Drew 2. She has her blog here.

Mara -- works as an LPN at American Village, she's the charge nurse for the Assisted Living facility. She is currently a Freshman at IUPUI and is on her way to getting her BSN.

Jonathan -- (20) plays the saxaphone in band, also plays piano. Enjoys music, art, birding, sports, and photography.

Ian -- (18) Plays the trombone. Interested in; photography, acting in drama, playing in sports (such as baseball and soccer), music.Friends are his heroes.

Naomi -- (17) plays the flute and piano. Enjoys writing, reading, baking, drama, and spending time with her family(with the exception of a few)

Keturah -- (15) plays the harp, clarinet, and piano, likes to read, do crafts, and spend time with her sisters.

Esther -- (13) plays the flute and piano. She loves sports (soccer), and drawing/art.Wants to be a photography someday.

Seth -- (12) plays the piano and trombone, enjoys soccer and baseball being athletically active boy.

Joshua -- (8) enjoys being outside with his buddies, playing in the back yard, hunting for insects, climbing trees, and digging dirt houses in the earth.

Havalah -- (5) dolls, painting her nails, lipstick, playing with her nephews and nieces.And drawing interesting things.
